Miho and Tony tied the knot back in April at Aquarium of the Pacific Long Beach. Although it's very difficult to shoot for most of wedding photographer cause all the fish tank glass, but luckily I still able to get the shots I want. This wedding was great experience for me lots fun and lots laugher.

I like browsing online on photography blog and photographers website. Not necessary to be all about wedding photography but also fashion photography or just anything that related to photography. It's interesting to see different photographer blog to get inspiration or maybe just see how others having fun wile working,(That is one thing very cool about be a photographer) when I found this multi-touch solutions design by Perceptive Pixel from Vincent Laforet's blog, I though it would be very cool to share, Here is the LINK . Imagine that we can use this technology for photography like editing images or maybe designing a album, it will be super cool.

I’m so excited about my first wedding shoot in Hawaii. I’m going to photograph Megan&Louie’s wedding in Maui Island, Hawaii this December. And I’ll also be seeking out some local wedding planners and coordinators so next time any of you want to have a wedding there, I could get you connected. Since I’m shooting a wedding in Hawaii and I’m also traveling to Japan and Taiwan, so I’ll be out of the country for most of the time in December.

It’s my first time to photograph an engagement session at the Promenade at Westfield Santa Anita. It’s just right next to the arboretum park in Arcadia, where I shot lots of my engagement session. The outdoor walkways, fountains, majestic palms just make it a great place to photograph. I think this is going to be one of my favorite places to shoot life style engagement photography I am also going to be Katie and Roger’s wedding photographer on November the 14th.

To me, each couple has a unique story. And my job on the wedding date is to unfold the story; Capture the intimate moments when it unfolds. I have seen tears and laughter and truly feel honored to be a part of it. It is not only my job to just shoot; it’s my responsibility to get all the moments when it happens, cause it is one thing that will last forever.

When I see this quote, I feel it really tells what I'm thinking of when I go to every wedding; The most important tool in success is the belief that you can succeed. If I believe, I can achieve. When I believe and focus on the wedding thing that will happen, I can see the moment, and therefore, Capture the moment.

Finally able to show you guys what I have been doing these past couple of days. My first attempt at shooting video footage and also images for my engagement session,which some photographers have already done so with a Canon 5D mark II and a Nikon shooter the D90 as well, which was what I chose to use. The sound quality is the only thing that I don't really like, but hey, it'll get better when they have the next full HD camera (hopefully). It was a very fun experience, I really feel completed by having both still and motion, we're sure not trying to eliminate videographer at all, but just capturing the moments the way I see it and mixing with still images is another form telling the story as I see it. Check it out!

Lisa is a school teacher. As we headed down to the beach, she was still checking her student's paper, and sharing some fun stories about how Bill proposed to her. We had a lot of fun during the shooting, and the weather was just right for me, nice and sunny plus my favor of clouds. WPPI 16x20 Print Competition

So... I'm so so glad that I can tell everyone I made it at the competition once again. "WHY?", because you have no IDEA how many great images that I have seen this year at the triad show. It was honor to see my print as one of it. Many amazing prints that came from all around the world just blew me away. I really feel like this entire industry is going to a whole new level and it is much more exciting and challenging than ever before. Especially with both Nikon and Canon's launch camera that not only will be able to make great images but also crazy HD video as well. We can do lots more then what we can do before with these new tools. Great job guys!

These two images was taken in MGM Hotal Las Vegas by Nikon D90, ISO3200 yap... 3200 ! I think it's great for everyone, by nowadays technology, photographer won't ever have to worry about the tools that we use but just focus on capturing the moment and defining our style. Both these two images were captured with available light without flash(which is something I don't really like to bring when traveling.)

If you have never tried yogurt ice cream, you have got to go Yogurtland. They are the best! With 70+ different flavors with a variety of toppings... can you believe it! I'm so lucky one of my friends just opened up a new shop in West LA. We went on Friday night and sure enough, we tried a couple of different flavors. They were all great!!!!
